How We Protect Your Data
Your transcripts contain confidential conversations. We take that seriously. Here's exactly how we handle your data.
NDA First
Before any files are transferred, we sign a mutual NDA. No exceptions. Your data protection starts before a single transcript leaves your system.
Local Storage Only
All transcripts are stored on an encrypted local drive (FileVault) after receipt. Your files never touch cloud storage on my end.

- No Dropbox
- No AWS buckets
- No "synced" folders
API Processing, No AI Training
Analysis is performed via Anthropic's Claude API. Per Anthropic's privacy policy, API submissions are not used to train AI models.
By default, we will not use your inputs or outputs from our commercial products (e.g. Claude for Work, Anthropic API, Claude Gov, etc.) to train our models.

No Competitor Use
Insights from your transcripts will never be used to help your competitors. Your sales playbook stays yours.
Deletion Protocol
All files are permanently deleted within 7 days of project completion.

No Public Disclosure
Your company name, industry, project details, and any identifying information will never be mentioned publicly without your explicit written consent. Case studies require your approval of every word before publication.
Your Data, Your Reports
Your reports include real quotes, patterns, and exact language from your transcripts. That's the whole point. But those reports are yours alone and never shared externally.
